Using the Facilities of the Parish
Although parish needs take precedent over all other events, effort will be made while scheduling events, use of tables, chairs and the church parking lot to avoid any conflicts. Any donations received for the use of parish facilities defray the costs incurred in maintaining the buildings and, in the case of parking, the grounds. The parish offers the use of its facilities as a courtesy to the community and not as a source of income or profit. The lights, heat, air-conditioning & maintenance supplies are real costs to the parish when opening our facilities to outside groups or organizations. To offset these costs we ask a minimum donation per day (noted below) unless explicit arrangements are made in advance with the pastor or his delegate.
Hours for the use of parish facilities (including set-up and clean-up time) must be scheduled in advance and correspond to times when parish staff members are available to open and close the building. Generally speaking, no group may use the facilities prior to 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM. Exceptions require the explicit approval of the pastor or his delegate.
Church Hall - The Church Hall contains a caterer’s kitchen and may be used for private parties when food is served
that requires warming or reheating, only, or if a professional caterer has been hired for the occasion.
Offering: M-F - $300.00/day Weekends & Holidays - $500.00/day
Parish Center Hall or Classrooms - The Parish Center Hall may be used for private parties with or without the services of a
professional caterer. Cooking for a private party is allowed in the Parish Center kitchen at the
discretion of the pastor or his delegate. Classrooms may be reserved when space allows.
Offering Parish center Hall: M-F - $250.00/day Weekends & Holidays - $400.00/day
Offering Classroom: M-F - $100.00/day Weekends & Holidays - $200.00/day
Tables & Chairs - The parish offers the use of up to ten (10) 6’ x 8’ rectangular tables and up to 50 chairs from the Parish
Center Hall as a courtesy to the community and not as a source of income or profit. The offerings noted
below help defray the costs incur-red in maintaining furniture & equipment. All groups or persons
using the parish tables and chairs are responsible for pick-up, set-up and return to their original
location in the parish center hall.
Freewill Offering
Using the Church Parking Lot - Parking in the main lot of the church, furthest away from the front doors of the church,
may be reserved with the parish staff when space allows. Parish needs take precedent over all other
events. However, effort will be made while scheduling events to avoid any conflicts.
Offering: 1-9 cars Freewill Offering 10 or more cars - $100.00 per day or overnight

- Reservations must be approved by the staff and reservation forms need the written approval of the staff for the reservation to be finalized. You may:
- Drop off your reservation form at the office (Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM - 5PM and Sun, 8:30 AM - 2PM);
- Mail the completed form to the P.O. Box noted above. A staff member will contact you; or
- Email it to the email address noted above. A staff member will contact you.
