Census Forms

Are you new to the parish?  Changed your address?  Added a new member to your family?  Here is the Census Form.  Please fill them out, print them and either mail them to St. Bonaventure, P.O. 996, Manomet, MA 02345, stop them by the parish center or drop it in the collection basket.  We are not taking them electroncially at this time.  Thank you!

St. Bonaventure Parish allows use of its hall and facilities on a space-available basis to known parishioners for private parties and ad hoc events for groups and organizations sponsored by known parishioners.  In addition, a limited number of rectangular tables and chairs are available for private use.  Effective in March, 2007, the Parish Councils set the Conditions for Use and the offerings for use of the parish hall and facilities. These forms are posted on the website for your convenience. Please fill them out, print them and either mail them to St. Bonaventure, P.O. 996, Manomet, MA 02345 or stop them by the parish center. We are not accepting them electronically at this time.
